  • After Graduating From The Culinary Institute of America, Chef/Owner Neal Grimes Began His Career in Catering Working With An Elite Clientele In The Exclusive Sections of East Hampton and Manhattan, NY.  After Relocating To Coral Springs in 1983, Neal Has Enjoyed Numerous Years in Catering As Well As Food and Bevergae Director Positions in Hotels and Private Country Clubs. Catering Has Always Been An Extreme Passion for Neal and Today We Enjoy A Clientele That Extends From Orlando to Key Largo. Our Culinary Team and Service Professionals Provide Each and Every Event The Utmost Experience.
